Bone marrow has several components and all of them are supposed to follow a lineage from development of cartilage to bone to erythropoiesis myelopoiesis  and to maintain its ratio along with lymphocytes and plasma cells .

We always give a negative line of “no atypical cells no granulomas no fibrosis”  during histopathology reporting ., if the bone marrow has a normal picture.

The question is why. Why do we report it  ?

Because if we have any disturbances in the ratio of erythroid or myeloid series and the framework of the bone is getting overwhelmed with the injury ., or any of the series is having to suppress the other or vice versa , that’s when the problem arises.

The disturbance in the balance of marrow results in different entities.

And we the doctors have to make sure there are no such disturbances and weed them with medical intervention after knowing the root cause of that problem.

I am here writing this blog as to showcase that every series in the bone marrow is interdependent on one another and THE BALANCE of series and framework is a must to support the entire human functioning from its molecular level .

Same way as air water  flora fauna and then comes human race. Conserving nature is as important as maintaining our health as an individual human because that’s when we replenish and progress towards a happy earth .

The biodiversity in our planet is all interdependent , from human to animals to water.

In this race of us exceeding as human beings and looking at our earth and seeing that we are all using resources at a greater rate than conserving it.…Humans are proliferating more than the replenishing capacity of  mother earth hence , metamorphically we are a neoplasm that is slowly eating our earth !

If you are a pathologist and if you can relate , slightest difference of anything we do helps in conserving our planet.

Be it lifestyle change , no to plastic , conserving water , going vegan , to usage of zero wastage  things like menstrual cups .

A daily reporting with ourselves everyday will put us in check.

Marrow is our key point regulator for our well being so is our perspective to balance our biodiversity .

Well its just a perspective of a blogger. 🙂
