The cases are drawn from files of Apollo hospital, surgical pathology Department, Bangalore.


CASE 1 1.49 y/m presented with Left scrotal swelling of 9 months duration. 2.USG Scrotum :- Well defined hypoechoic area measuring 12×7 mm in left testis. Left epididymis is thickened and calcified. 3.Testicular biopsy followed by high inguinal orchidectomy



CASE 2 1.43y/M with left thyroid region swelling of 2 months duration, 2.T3, T4 & TSH à Normal 3. FNAC followed by hemithyroidectomy


CASE 3 1.57 y/M with h/o nasal obstruction with anosmia and headache since 3 years. 2.Left nasal polyp biopsy



CASE 4 1.51y/M presented with left sided neck swelling of 6 months duration. 2.Indirect laryngoscopy: Left parapharyngeal mass with left vocal cord paralysis. 3.Biopsy of the neck mass.


CASE 5 1.56 y/M presented with history of change in voice since 2 years. 2.IDL: Right vocal cord palsy, smooth bulge right ventricular band. 3.Wide field laryngectomy and bilateral neck dissection.


CASE 6 1.23 y/F presented with primary amenorrhoea. 2.Right side gonadectomy with left side gonadal cystectomy.


CASE 7 1.69yr/M presented with complaints of rashes all over the body associated with itching after taking drug(steroid) 2.MRI showed right adrenal mass. 3.Adrenalectomy

CASE 8 1.49yr/F presented with h/o of multiple left breast lumps of 20 yrs duration with rapid increase in size since 1 month



CASE 9 4 months old baby with left flank mass.

Case 04	Diffuse large b cell lymphoma. Primary - nasopharynx
Case 05	Adenoid cystic carcinoma – Cribriform type
Case 06	Hamartomatous Sertoli cell nodule with leiomyoma – testis
Case 07	Adrenal myelolipoma
Case 08	Malignant phylloides with osteoclast like giant cell
Case 09	Congenital Mesoblastic nephroma
Case 10	Hemangioma of ovary
