June 2017 : Report of KCIAPM Interactive Slide Seminar

Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Bangalore organised a CME on Saturday, 17th June 2017. It was a 4 hour programme and 77 postgraduates / consultants turned up from across the state.

There were interactive lectures on biochemistry ( Liver function tests – A case based approach, by Dr Sweta Shivashanker ), microbiology ( Hepatitis viruses – A case based approach, by Drs Angelina Mendos and Anisha M Fernandes ) and, ‘How to write a paper’ by Dr Sanjay A Pai.

Finally, there was a slide seminar ( cases discussed by Drs Jayashree D Kulkarni, Shwetha R Bangalore and Divya P ), in which were 8 cases, spanning haematology and histopathology.
